Gym overdose / Sobredosis de gimnasio

I went to 1h Spinning class yesterday and Zumba and Body Pump today. Result? Had to leave Body Pump before it ended. My little legs were all worn out :D

 Ayer fui a una clase de 1h de bicicleta y hoy tuve Zumba y Body Pump. Resultado? Que tuve que colgar la toalla en Body Pump, 15min antes de que se acabara la clase. Mis piernecitas ya no daban más! :(
